Danni Minogue – Law of Attraction guru?
.
Oops. This week I found myself getting far too serious about my business, and forgetting that life includes enjoying myself away from my Mac as well.
.
Thankfully I was reminded by a Law of Attraction quote from Abraham-Hicks that life is supposed to be fun, and by sending out those happy vibes we turn into magnets attracting more and more good to us. I even got another surprise reminder during a sneaky ten minutes of trash TV. Danni Minogue was talking to camera about the turnaround in her fortunes after meeting the love of her life. Since hooking up with model Kris Smith she’s launched her own fashion line and perfume, judged the X-Factor and Australia’s Got Talent, co-written her autobiography and been voted TV star of the year by Elle Style. She mused, “Maybe good things just happen when you feel good.” Law of Attraction in a nutshell, from an X-Factor judge…who’d have thought?!
.
So I started to think about the way I was working, and pondered on how I could feel good, even doing the mundane tasks that I put off and off and off until I can’t ignore them any longer. I’ve come up with listening to positive music, taking regular breaks to stretch and breathe deep, rewarding (and bribing) myself with treats, and taking a light attitude to everything. I’m starting my days visualising the goals I want to achieve, and feeling those good feelings throughout the day, as if it had already happened.
.
I’d love to hear other people’s tactics for maintaining a joyful energy even when working hard and focusing. I love doing what I do, but at times I can get into my head too much. I want to be 100% in my heart, and pour passion and love into my business so others pick up on the happy vibes too (and I attract the good stuff!).
.
So please post your comment below, and tell me how you Plurk.
